English Language Proficiency: For bachelor students IELTS Academic: overall score of 6, speaking score of 6, writing score of 5.5 TOEFL iBT: overall score of 80, speaking and writing score of 19 Cambridge English Advanced (CAE): overall score of C1, minimum score of 169 ECPE (University of Michigan): C/P (low pass); this test will not be accepted anymore, starting with students applying for the first semester of the academic year of 2020/2021. Number of available places: 2 (for one semester) from both levels of studies.
In fall recruitment application is possible only for students who do not need visa.
Application deadline for spring term: November 1 (in 2019 one week later, but only for the students who do not require visa)

Expected arrival date A Study Start Event is organized in the week before the courses start and compulsory to attend: students receive their welcome kit, receive practical and university information, non-EU students have an appointment with the Dutch immigration authorities for residence permit, student buddies help exchange students and offer campus tours

Make sure that you study a major in economics and/or business and are enrolled at a partner university of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The exchange office of your home university will know whether we have an exchange contract. Please be aware that we do not accept any free movers.
To be accepted as an exchange student at the Faculty of Economics and Business, students need to have taken a minimum of 10-12 courses (60 ECTS) in the field of economics and business. Students should have covered subjects such as statistics, microeconomics, macroeconomics, (financial) accounting and research methods.
Your home university will need to nominate you by email. Once you have been nominated, you will receive an email by us with a link and a password for your online application.

Register online and upload the following documents before the deadline:Copy of your bachelor transcript in English Copy of your English language proficiency certificate photocopy of passport or European ID card. Please note that we need this information to verify whether you will need a visa or residence permit for your study in the Netherlands. We only need to see the following information: issuing country, full name, date of birth, date of expiry. Please feel free to blur all other information. Master students only: copy of your Bachelor’s degree in the field of economics and/or business
